An award-wining international firm is looking for a Senior Project Manager to join their Dallas office.
Role Highlights- Design Leadership: You'll lead all design phases, requiring a high proficiency in design, execution, and innovation, with emphasis on sustainable and responsive design.
- Project Management: Full project lifecycle management, from scope development to budget adherence and team leadership, is central. The role requires familiarity with tools like Deltek for project management, which covers team planning, budgeting, and change tracking.
- Team and Client Collaboration: Strong interpersonal skills are key, as you'll regularly engage with diverse teams, clients, and consultants. Communication is a significant part of this role, ensuring all stakeholders remain aligned.
- Risk Management and Quality Control: Part of the role involves managing risks effectively, particularly client and technical issues that may arise, along with ensuring high-quality output.
- Mentorship: This position also includes a mentorship component, providing support to junior team members and fostering a culture of growth.
- Education and Experience: A professional degree in architecture, design, or related field is required, along with 10-13+ years of experience, specifically in healthcare architecture.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in 3D modeling software (Revit) is essential. Familiarity with graphic visualization tools will also be helpful.
- Certifications: Licensure as an architect and a LEED accreditation within six months of hire are required, with PMP certification as a plus.
